Hyper-Chip
Packed inside and out with a variety of chocolates, infused with differing vanillas, topped with sea salt. Feels like eating cookie dough.
A long time ago, on a street corner not far away…
The galaxy had gone bland. Chain freighters flooded every port with cargo that tasted of cardboard and regret, and the good stuff — the real stuff — moved only in the dark.
Then a ship came down through the clouds over FREDERICKSBURG and never left. She sits on CAROLINE STREET to this day, hull cooling, ovens hot.
Her crew runs contraband out of DOCKING BAY 316: half-pound cookies and house-roasted brews, baked fresh at dawn, moved fast, and gone before the authorities think to ask questions.
The lines start early. The hold is never full for long. Smuggle some before it vanishes…
Secure your cargo: bold brews & cosmic cookies. Half-pound gourmet cookies and house-roasted specialty coffee, smuggled fresh daily aboard the Shadow Crest — a spaceship that landed on Caroline Street. Lines out the dock. Smuggle some before they vanish.
Every cookie is a half pound of Kerrygold butter, organic eggs, vanilla bean paste and unbleached flour — baked soft and gooey in the middle on purpose. 400 to 500 leave the ship each day. When the hold is empty, the bay closes.

The 6 Cookie Box. A smuggler's run, the honest kind: six half-pound cookies baked the day they leave the ship, handmade with premium ingredients, packed for hyperspace and delivered to your galaxy. Out of this world, delivered to you.
A husband, a wife, two cadets and a spaceship they built with their own hands. When we say small family business, we mean it.

Born and raised in Fredericksburg. Dreamed of bringing an immersive space to his hometown, then designed and built the ship with his dad.

Began the mission for the perfect cookie after a Disney trip. Numerous trials and taste tests later, the Smugglers cookie was born.

Aboard since day one. Chief morale officers. Not yet cleared for the espresso machine.
Smugglers Cafe was built on a dream by a husband and wife. The Captain dreamed of bringing an immersive space to his hometown — which is where the idea was born.
After a Disney trip, inspiration grew and the craving for a perfect sweet treat developed. The co-pilot started her mission of finding the perfect cookie recipe.
We didn't want to just provide cookies that were out of this world — we wanted something fun and unique. So the Captain started designing our spaceship. Months of hard work and long days later, the Shadow Crest and Docking Bay 316 were built by the Captain, his dad, and many helping hands.
Ship landed. Doors opened for travelers to secure their cargo.
Word got around. Our cargo is in major demand, with travelers driving hours from different galaxies just to experience our space and cookies.
One hundred fifteen travelers have reported back on Google. Every single one gave the ship five stars.
"Phenomenal! Fast, friendly service, amazing theming, and such a fun atmosphere. The cookies and cold brew were both incredible."
"OMG — AH-MAZING cookies, 11/10! Cool theme. Just do it, you know you want to!"
"Popped in to grab a coffee — to my surprise they are serving nitro cold brew and it's amazing. Great people. Great environment. Great coffee!!"
"Such a cool place! Love the coffee and cookies, but the overall atmosphere and friendly staff is what sells this place for sure. 12/10 would recommend."
