Every cookie is a half pound of Kerrygold butter, organic eggs, vanilla bean paste and unbleached flour — baked soft and gooey in the middle on purpose. 400 to 500 leave the ship each day. When the hold is empty, the bay closes.

Began the mission for the perfect cookie after a Disney trip. Numerous trials and taste tests later, the Smugglers cookie was born.

Smugglers Cafe was built on a dream by a husband and wife. The Captain dreamed of bringing an immersive space to his hometown — which is where the idea was born.
R&D
After a Disney trip, inspiration grew and the craving for a perfect sweet treat developed. The co-pilot started her mission of finding the perfect cookie recipe.
BUILD
We didn't want to just provide cookies that were out of this world — we wanted something fun and unique. So the Captain started designing our spaceship. Months of hard work and long days later, the Shadow Crest and Docking Bay 316 were built by the Captain, his dad, and many helping hands.

Smugglers Cafe is a family-owned small business run by a husband and wife duo with their two kids. The goal is to bring high-quality cookies to the area while creating a fun, immersive experience for customers.
Q-02What does the "Docked" sign mean?+
"Docked" means the shop is open — the ship has landed and customers are welcome. The status light at the top of this page reads the same signal.
Q-03What are your hours?+
Tuesday through Saturday 12pm–7pm, Sunday 2pm–7pm, closed Monday — but we may close earlier if we sell out.
Q-04What makes your cookies special?+
We use high-quality ingredients like Kerrygold butter, organic eggs, dye-free sprinkles and food coloring, vanilla bean paste, unbleached flour, and more. This gives us the best cookie flavor!
Q-05What happens when you sell out?+
Because each cookie takes time to make and demand is high, once inventory is gone the shop closes for the day.
Q-06Are the cookies fully baked? Mine seems raw in the middle.+
Yes, the cookies are fully baked. They're intentionally soft and gooey in the center to mimic cookie dough. Fresh cookies may feel extra soft right out of the oven.
Q-07Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?+
No — all cookies contain eggs, wheat, gluten, and butter.
Q-08What if I have allergies?+
All cookies contain eggs, wheat, gluten, and butter. Some flavors may also include peanuts, tree nuts, or soy. Ask the crew about specific ingredients.
Q-09Are the cookies served warm?+
Cookies are generally not served warm because they need time to set. Occasionally you may receive one fresh from the oven, which will be softer and gooier.
